Spring Break

Last week was Blair's spring break and it was really nice this year because he had a full week off instead of just a couple of days. Even though it would have been fun to go on vacation, we got a lot of things done around the house which was nice. Bryce has been begging us to take him to Chuck E. Cheese's again and we still had tokens from his birthday, so we used one day to take the kids back to Chuck E.'s. Bryce had a blast and he was pretty independant. He would grab a token and then just take off to where ever and we would find him playing a game or riding a ride. It wasn't as busy this time which was a lot better. After we had had enough (well at least after mommy and daddy had had enough), we got some lunch and then headed up to Thanksgiving Point to go to the Dinosaur Museum. We had never been there, so we didn't know what to expect. Bryce was kind of hesitant to go there. He was kind of nervous about seeing BIG dinosaurs, but once we started going through the exhibits, he loved it! There were a lot of things for kids to do and a lot of hands on exhibits, so we will probably take Bryce back there sometime. The museum was pretty neat. Just to see the actual size of the dinosaurs was amazing! Some of them were HUGE! It was pretty cool. By the end of the day we were SO worn out, but it was SO worth it to be able to spend time as a family and do something fun.
