Well, it might take me a few posts to get up to date, so here we go!
Easter 2010
Easter is getting to be really fun now that both kids are old enough to realize what is going on. All the easter egg hunts went a little bit faster and Emily only had to be reminded a couple of times to wait to open the eggs until the hunt was over. :)
The annual decorating of eggs.
Since we have church at 1:00 p.m. the kids were able to do their hunt right after they woke up. At our house, the Easter Bunny hides our baskets, so we first have to find those and then the kids get to look for eggs.
The highlight this year was that the Easter Bunny brought the kids the coveted Zhu Zhu Pets. They were so excited! That's all they played with before we got ready for church.
After church, we went to G. and G. Bingham's house. Since there was SNOW outside, the egg hunt was inside. Grandma decided to put names on all the eggs so that it would be fair, which was a good idea and intentions were great...but there was a problem...only one of the grandkids can read and including the one that can read, they all picked up any eggs they could find. So all the adults were watching them and making sure they gave the right eggs to the right person. It was sure CRAZY for a little bit. :) Maybe next year it will be better.

And yes, that is Bryce wearing a hunting/ski hat. :)
The kids got Silly String and they had a blast! However, it kind of backfired on Grandma. She was the main target and got it good!
Next we went to G. and G. Kitteridge's house. Being the only grandkids, Bryce and Emily got spoiled...again. When we got there, there were eggs EVERYWHERE. I think the kids were a little overwhelmed, but they still enjoyed it.

Needless to say that by the end of the day the kids were all Easter Egg Hunted out! ;)
